Povestirea - definitie

Caracteristicile povestirii sunt:

• specie a genului epic
• dimensiuni relativ reduse
• numar mic de personaje
• actiune limitata in timp si spatiu
• se acorda importanta naratorului si modului in care acesta povesteste
• este scrisa la persoana I

Regulile rezumatului: Cum se scrie un rezumat?

Rezumarea unui text se face dupa anumite reguli si anume, rezumatul:

• se scrie la persoana a IIIa
• prezinta numai ideile principale din text (ocupa maxim un sfert din dimensiunea textului)
• se construieste cu ajutorul timpurilor verbale prezent, perfect compus si/sau imperfect (nu viitor sau perfect simplu)
• nu contine citate, dialoguri, arhaisme sau regionalisme
• nu include termenii: autor, personaj, actiune sau narator
• nu expune caracterizari sau interpretari/perceptii subiective

The British Islands

• British Isles/Islands are everything mentioned above, namely Scotland, England, Wales, the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

The History of The Internet

The Internet is a global system which serves billions of users worldwide, containing millions of smaller domestic, academic, business and governmental networks, which present all kinds of information and services, such as e-mail, online chat, file transfer and the inter-linked web pages and documents of the World Wide Web, abbreviated in the famous WWW.

A landmark in its evolution is at the end of the 20th century, when it began the first era in which the people who own a website can have a means of exposure on a scale comparable to mass media’s.

The rest of the history of the Internet is full of stodgy technical terms on which it’s not important to focus on now, as for the moment I suppose it’s enough to know that the whole story started in the late ‘60’s, with the purpose of serving the US’ army.
